Green Montessori School ("GMS", "we") respects your family's privacy. This policy explains what we collect through greenmontessori.sch.id and how we use it.

When you submit our trial registration or contact forms, we collect parent names and contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp), your child's name, date of birth, and intended level. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, device type) via cookies.

To process admission applications, schedule visits and trial sessions, respond to inquiries, and send information you requested. We do not sell personal data.

We use Google Analytics / Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools to understand site usage and measure our advertising. These set cookies that may link your visit to your Google or Meta account. You can opt out via your browser settings, Google Ads Settings, or Meta Ad Preferences.

Child information is submitted by parents/guardians solely for admission purposes, handled only by admission staff, and never used for marketing.

Application data is kept for the duration of the admission process and as required by Indonesian regulations (including UU PDP No. 27/2022). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
